The project Nirvana is the second edition in the cycle of performative events called STILL UNKNOWN. These are experiments of a young creative team testing the existing ostensible boundaries of the theatre-dance space and exploring the inclusion of performative practices into the format of “parties” – literally putting “party” back into parti-cipatory. The choice of the format represents a response to the city, whose decisions are slowly destroying young people’s possibilities for clubbing. This time, the starting point is the ambiguous reading of the word “after”. It focuses on the phenomenon and the format of the after-party, while its content is marked by questioning nirvana as a transcendental postulate and the actualised and contemporary updated path of Siddartha.  Formed into a whole, it compels us to study the world of Kurt Cobain – the icon of afters, the alternative, the rebel against oppression, whose thirtieth death anniversary was commemorated in 2024.
